The innocent clear white together with the simple cuts makes this dress sexy in a toned down and sophisticated way, (when it easily could’ve been another result when it comes to showing that much skin. Image it in a leopardprint for example).
Minimalism does that – but it’s also about how you wear that garment with a natural look. Let your hair loose or set it up in a sleek ponytail, wear none or less make-up, and get rid of unnecessary accessories.

You might want to add, -Be skinny and have no shape let alone breasts. These kind of look dont look good on girls with curves or boobs and I’m not trying to make this a fat-skinny -kind of issue
